Our Story
Over 30 years ago, Dr. William Fremouw taught university psychology courses. Yet, he desired more than just teaching and conducting research; he wanted to provide psychological services directly to others in the community to make a greater impact. So out of this passion, his practice was born. Then, the two remaining partners, first Terry Sigley and later Dr. Edward Baker, joined the team.
They endeavored to strengthen Dr. Fremouw’s practice by serving community members in various ways, primarily of rural and underprivileged backgrounds. The team’s overarching goal is to make individual differences and meet the mental health needs of an underserved area.
Dr. Fremouw has since retired, but his legacy of providing exemplary mental health services to the courts and community continues.
